The apartment is located on the 5th floor. It has 2 bedrooms. Each of them and the living room offers a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment has a large terrace. In one part there are 2 rattan tables, and in the other there is a table with chairs for dining. The apartments are heated and air-conditioned. Each bedroom has a built-in wardrobe. Two bathrooms with underfloor heating and shower cabins. Wi-fi -free! Free private underground parking is available on site.

Leisure facilities include an infinity pool with beautiful views. Outdoor exercise equipment is available around the pool. Guests have access to swimming pools, hot tubs with heated water, a sauna, a jacuzzi and a fully equipped gym, outdoor sports fields, a tennis court, a padel court, and for the youngest children there is a playground with swings, a slide and water attractions. In your free time, it is worth going for a walk in the vast garden.
