ℹ️ APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

The Punta Prima complex, where this apartment is located, is located on the first line of the coast, 50 meters from the sea. The complex is guarded by CCTV and security. The spaces between the buildings are filled with mature Mediterranean vegetation, and the quiet neighborhood invites you to stroll. The complex boasts two swimming pools.
The air-conditioned apartment is located on the second floor (the building has an elevator). It can accommodate up to four people. It comprises a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms, and a large balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and kitchenware: a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and hob. Towels and a hairdryer are provided in the bathroom, and bed linen is provided in the bedrooms. The apartment has high-speed internet.

Within walking distance, you'll find restaurants where you can enjoy delicious dishes from various international cuisines until late at night. Nearby, you can also shop at a supermarket, shopping center, small local shops, and a Spanish market (Thursday – Cabo Roig, Friday – Torrevieja, Saturday – Playa Flamenca, Sunday – Guardamar).

Those who value a combination of seaside relaxation and golf have a choice of high-class golf courses, the closest being just 4 km from Punta Prima (Real Club de Golf Campoamor, Las Ramlas, Las Colinas, Villamartin).
For water sports enthusiasts, we recommend surfing, SUP surfing, sailing, windsurfing, kayaking (Marina International de Torrevieja), and kitesurfing (Kite Pasion).
Just 50 minutes from Punta Prima, you can enjoy diving in one of Spain's most beautiful marine reserves – Reserva Marina Cabo de Palos y Islas Hormigas.

For nature lovers, we recommend a trip to Lo Pagan Natural Park, where you'll find birdwatching spots—numerous flamingo families—as well as recreation areas and numerous cycling trails. You can also enjoy the mud baths in San Pedro del Pinatar, which have relaxing, pain-relieving, and soothing effects on skin conditions.
