RENTAL REGULATIONS Costa Blanca
We will be very grateful to you for complying with these regulations, which are intended to ensure the peace and safety of the stay of all our guests.
1. Reservations should be made:

2. To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to make a deposit transfer of 30% of the amount due for the entire stay. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation of the stay.
3. The apartment is rented for 24 hours (the minimum stay is specified in each advertisement for a given apartment).
- Check-in in the apartment from 16:00 to 22:00 on the day of arrival, check-out until max. 11:00 on the day of the end of the entire stay.
- Guests arriving after 22:00 are required to pay a surcharge of €30 . The above fee is collected by the person responsible for handing over the keys upon check-in at the facility.
- Before arrival, the landlord must provide details about the arrival time and the time of leaving the apartment on the day of the end of the stay.
- In case of extending your stay in the same apartment (if available), please inform us at least 24 hours before the last day of your stay.
- The handover of the keys ALWAYS takes place in the rented apartment.
- The apartment guest cannot transfer the room to other people, even if the rental period has not expired.
- The windows must be closed when using the air conditioning.
4. Both the owner and the apartment manager undertake to make every effort to implement the contract in a conscientious and honest manner.
- We are not responsible for any inconvenience beyond our control (e.g. renovations, noise, interruptions in utility supply).
- Insurance during the trip and stay in Spain is the responsibility of the client.
- Pets are allowed in some apartments/houses - information can be found in the property description.
5. When handing over the apartment and keys, the Landlord should:
- Show your ID document.
- Make payments for your stay if they have not been paid in advance.
- Pay a refundable deposit (150-500€ in cash) for any damages.
6. Early departure for reasons beyond our company's control does not entitle you to a refund of the unused amount.
7. The guest is obliged to observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
8. SMOKING is TOTALLY PROHIBITED in the apartment. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace - fine of €100 for breaking the ban.
9. Any defects must be reported immediately in writing (e-mail, SMS, WhatsApp).
10. Defects reported later than the first day of stay are charged to current guests.
11. When leaving the apartment, the Guest must secure the facility (closing doors and windows, turning off electrical devices).
12. The owner is not responsible for the loss of valuable items (money, documents, etc.).
13. Please perform "basic cleaning" of the apartment before departure (washing dishes, arranging towels, throwing away garbage). Penalty for excessive mess: €50.
14. Loss of keys results in a fine of €150-280, loss of a pool bracelet: €50.
15. The landlord has 7 days from the end of the stay to submit claims (complaint form available in the apartment or by e-mail).
16. Positive consideration of the complaint results in a refund within 7 business days of confirmation by the Customer.
17. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with the regulations in force in Spain.
