RENTAL REGULATIONS Costa Blanca
We would be very grateful if you would comply with these regulations, which are intended to ensure the peace and safety of all our guests.
1. Reservations should be made:

2. To confirm your reservation, you must make a deposit payment of 30% of the total stay amount. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
3. The apartment is rented for days (the minimum stay is specified in each apartment advertisement).
- Check-in at the apartment is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM on the day of arrival, check-out is no later than 11:00 on the day of the end of the entire stay.
- Guests arriving after 10:00 PM €30 surcharge . This fee is collected by the person responsible for handing over the keys upon check-in.
- Before arrival, the landlord must provide details regarding the arrival time and the time of departure from the apartment on the day of the end of the stay.
- In case of extending your stay in the same apartment (if available), please inform us at least 24 hours before the last day of your stay.
- The handover of keys ALWAYS takes place in the rented apartment.
- The apartment guest cannot transfer the room to other people, even if the rental period has not expired.
- When using air conditioning, windows must be closed.
4. Both the owner and the manager of the apartment undertake to make every effort to implement the contract in a conscientious and honest manner.
- We are not responsible for any inconvenience beyond our control (e.g. renovations, noise, utility outages).
- Insurance during travel and stay in Spain is the responsibility of the client.
- Some apartments/houses allow pets – information can be found in the property description.
5. Upon handover of the apartment and keys, the Lessor should:
- Show your ID.
- Settle payments for your stay if they have not been paid in advance.
- Pay a refundable deposit (€150-€500 in cash) for any damages.
6. Early departure for reasons beyond our company's control does not entitle us to a refund of the unused amount.
7. The guest is obliged to observe quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
8. SMOKING is STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the apartment. Smoking is permitted only on the terrace – a €100 fine applies for violating the ban.
9. Any faults must be reported immediately in writing (email, SMS, WhatsApp).
10. Defects reported later than the first day of stay will be charged to current guests.
11. When leaving the apartment, the Guest must secure the property (close doors and windows, turn off electrical devices).
12. The owner is not responsible for the loss of valuable items (money, documents, etc.).
13. Please ensure you complete a basic cleaning of the apartment before departure (washing dishes, arranging towels, taking out the trash). Fine for excessive mess: €50.
14. Loss of keys will result in a fine of €150–€280, loss of a pool bracelet: €50.
15. The landlord has 7 days from the end of the stay to submit claims (complaint form available in the apartment or by email).
16. A positive consideration of the complaint will result in a refund within 7 business days of confirmation by the Customer.
17. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws in force in Spain.
