Welcome to the Holiday Apartment - the perfect place for a holiday break in Orihuela Costa!

The apartment is intended for 4 people and consists of two terraces, two bedrooms, a spacious living room with a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.

The first bedroom offers a large double bed, built-in wardrobe and a private bathroom with shower, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds and a built-in wardrobe, and an additional bathroom with a shower is located right next to it.

In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa, a TV and a coffee table. From the living room you can access a private terrace with an outdoor dining area, with a beautiful view of the green areas and the swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, hood, microwave, dishwasher and all necessary cooking utensils, allowing you to prepare meals freely.

The apartment is air-conditioned (hot/cold), offers free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, hairdryer, coffee maker, kettle, iron and many other amenities.

Our accommodation is located in an immaculate and quiet complex that is ideal for families with children. There are numerous shopping centers around the apartment, including La Zenia Boulevard (just across the street). This is a great location with access to local bus and taxis. There are also many bars offering live music nearby, which is a great option for entertainment lovers.

Additionally, the complex offers common recreational areas, including a clean and child-friendly playground, swimming pool and ping-pong table. The proximity to the beaches of Playa de La Zenia, Playa de Cala Mosca and Playa Flamenca makes it an ideal base for exploring and relaxing.

With your comfort in mind, the apartments are rented with a set of bed linen and towels. Guests also have access to the entire apartment and the year-round public swimming pool at the Oasis Beach complex.
