Regulations for renting Apartment 13 ANGELS

Welcome to Apartment 13 ANGELS. We invite you to read the regulations below to ensure a comfortable and safe stay.

1. Reservation and fees:

  • Prices : Prices of the stay are given in the offer in euro. We convert them into PLN in accordance with Mbank's price list on the day of making the reservation fee.
  • Deposit : To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount of your stay is required. Please send the transfer confirmation to the following e-mail address: biuro@bajubaju-wakacje.com or WhatsApp +32489641785. mBank account number (EUR): IBAN PL48114020040000311216718853. The deposit is not refunded in the event of cancellation.
  • Remaining payment : Please transfer the remaining amount to the IBAN account PL48114020040000311216718853 by the day of arrival, sending confirmation of the transfer.

2. Deposit:

  • A deposit is required before the start of your stay, which will be returned after the end of your stay, less any costs of damage to the apartment or loss of keys.
  • The deposit is not refunded in the event of destruction or loss of the apartment equipment.

3. Keys:

  • You should always carry the keys to the apartment with you - the doors lock automatically.
  • When leaving, please leave one set of keys in the box at the bottom of the building and two spare sets on the chest of drawers in the bowl. We leave the keys to bathrooms and rooms in the locks.
  • If you lose your keys, there is a fee of 70 euros for changing the lock.

4. Terms of use:

  • Accommodation : hours 11:00, Check-out : 15:00.
  • We do not offer a cleaning service during your stay.
  • We have prepared a set of bed linen, two towels and a blanket for each guest.
  • Please leave the apartment in the condition in which it was received.
  • Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. The place is equipped with smoke detectors.
  • Night curfew applies from 11 p.m.

5. Guest's responsibility:

  • The guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage to the premises or equipment.

6. Equipment of apartment 13 ANGELS:

  • In the apartment you will find, among others: washing machine with dryer, dishwasher, oven, air conditioning, coffee machine, hair dryer, internet modem, blender and other basic appliances.
  • Supplies such as soap, dish soap, laundry detergent and toilet paper are provided.

7. Technical instructions:

  • All traffic jams in the apartment are located in the hall on the right.
  • The main external valves are located opposite the exit from the apartment, in the hall closet.

8. Important information:

  • Keys : We ALWAYS carry our keys with us during our stay as the doors slam shut once closed and cannot be opened without the key.
  • Stove : When you arrive at the apartment, turn on the stove in the kitchen by turning on the switch on the electronic screen (bottom right corner). The stove heats the water in the apartment. The temperature on the stove can be adjusted using the +/- button.
  • Washing machine : The washing machine available to guests also has a drying function. It is useful to turn on the dehumidifier when it is humid (it is in the living room).
  • Induction hob : When leaving the apartment, please make sure the induction hob is turned off, as it does not turn off automatically.
  • Garbage : We throw it into the chute, which is on the right side of the building exit, in front of the neighboring building.

  • Key box operation : The box is located at the bottom of the building, on the right side, on mailbox 2 C. To open it, enter the code 4321 and then open it by pressing the button at the top marked with an arrow and pulling it down. If you make a mistake, use the button at the bottom of C/clear. If you want to close the box, you also enter the code and then pull down the top button.
