Apartment 13 ANGELS Rental Regulations

Welcome to the 13 ANGELS apartment. Please read the following regulations to ensure a comfortable and safe stay.

1. Reservation and fees:

  • Prices : Prices are quoted in euros. We convert them to PLN according to Mbank's exchange rate on the day the reservation fee is paid.
  • Deposit : To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total stay is required. Please send confirmation of the transfer to: biuro@bajubaju-wakacje.com or WhatsApp +32489641785. mBank account number (EUR): IBAN PL48114020040000311216718853. The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
  • Rest of the payment : Please transfer the remaining amount to the IBAN account PL48114020040000311216718853 by the day of arrival, sending confirmation of the transfer.

2. Deposit:

  • A security deposit is required before the stay begins and will be refunded at the end of the stay, less any costs for damage to the apartment or loss of keys.
  • The deposit is not refundable in the event of damage or loss of apartment equipment.

3. Keys:

  • You should always carry your apartment keys with you – the doors lock automatically.
  • Upon departure, please leave one set of keys in the box at the bottom of the building and two spare sets in a bowl on the dresser. Bathroom and room keys must be left in the locks.
  • If you lose your keys, there is a €70 fee for replacing the lock.

4. Terms of Use:

  • Check-in : 11:00, Check-out : 15:00.
  • We do not offer cleaning services during your stay.
  • We have prepared a set of bed linen, two towels and a blanket for each guest.
  • Please leave the apartment in the condition in which it was received.
  • Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. The space is equipped with smoke detectors.
  • Night time silence is in effect from 11:00 p.m.

5. Guest's Responsibility:

  • The guest is fully financially responsible for any damage to the premises or equipment.

6. Apartment 13 ANGELS equipment:

  • The apartment includes a washing machine with dryer, dishwasher, oven, air conditioning, coffee maker, hairdryer, internet modem, blender, and other basic appliances.
  • Supplies such as soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, and toilet paper are provided.

7. Technical instructions:

  • All the plugs in the apartment are located in the hall on the right.
  • The main external valves are located opposite the apartment exit, in the closet in the hallway.

8. Important information:

  • Keys : We ALWAYS carry keys with us during our stay, as the door locks when closed and cannot be opened without the key.
  • Furnace : Upon arrival at your apartment, turn on the furnace in the kitchen by flipping the switch on the electronic screen (bottom right). The furnace heats the water in your apartment. The furnace temperature can be adjusted with the +/- button.
  • Washing Machine : The washing machine available to guests also has a drying function. A dehumidifier is useful when it's humid (it's in the living room).
  • Induction hob : When leaving the apartment, please check that the induction hob is turned off, as it does not turn off automatically.
  • Garbage : Throw it into the chute, which is located on the right side of the building exit, in front of the neighboring building.

  • Using the keybox : The box is located at the bottom of the building, on the right side, next to mailbox 2 C. To open it, enter the code 4321, then pull down the top button marked with an arrow. If you make a mistake, use the bottom button C/clear. To close the box, enter the code again and then pull down the top button.
