Living Room: A spacious, well-kept living room with a comfortable sofa bed and a stylish table with chairs, creates an ideal space for relaxing together. Equipped with a TV and WiFi access, it guarantees both entertainment and the ability to work remotely.

Kitchenette: Fully equipped, connected to the living room, it is a convenient place to prepare meals. All amenities, such as a washing machine, refrigerator, stove, kettle and coffee maker, as well as a set of plates and cutlery, will make you feel at home.

Bedroom: A separate, cozy bedroom with a double sofa bed provides a comfortable and restorative sleep. The closet allows you to conveniently store your personal belongings, while the soft lighting and tranquil color scheme create the perfect environment for relaxation. In addition, there are two dressing tables in the bedroom.

Bathroom: Functional bathroom with bathtub and shower, equipped with everything needed for daily hygiene.

Terrace: A spacious terrace with a barbecue area, table and chairs is a dream place to enjoy meals and spend time together.

There is the sprawling Playa Roses, 1,800 meters long, and the charming Playa de la Punta, which extends 550 meters – offering clear, shallow waters. For picnicking fans, the ideal choice would be Playa de Palangres, located just a kilometer from the center, with comfortable benches and tables on the sand.

The Roses region is also a paradise for water sports enthusiasts. Sailing, kayaking, kitesurfing are just some of the activities available. In addition, the clear waters and rich seabed make it a popular destination for diving enthusiasts.

✔️ For cancellations up to 60 days before departure, the deposit is refunded in full. After this date, no return is possible.

✔️ Form of payment: credit card, cash, bank transfer-at least one week before scheduled arrival.
✔️ When booking two weeks, be sure to ask about the discount.

✔️ The complex has a curfew – from 22:00 to 7:00.
✔️ Children are welcome.
✔️ We do not accept pets (top-down rules of the complex).
✔️ Events can be held if they do not disturb the neighborhood.
