Living room: A spacious, well-kept living room with a comfortable, fold-out sofa and a stylish table with chairs, creating an ideal space for relaxing together. Equipped with a TV and WiFi access, it guarantees both entertainment and the possibility of remote work.

Kitchenette: Fully equipped, connected to the living room, it is a comfortable place to prepare meals. All amenities, such as a washing machine, fridge, stove, kettle and coffee machine, as well as a set of plates and cutlery, will make you feel at home here.

Bedroom: A separate, cozy bedroom with a double sofa bed ensures a comfortable and regenerating sleep. The wardrobe allows you to conveniently store your personal belongings, and the gentle lighting and calm colors create ideal conditions for rest. Additionally, there are two dressing tables in the bedroom.

Bathroom: Functional bathroom with bathtub and shower, equipped with everything needed for daily hygiene.

Terrace: A spacious terrace with a barbecue area, table and chairs is a perfect place to enjoy meals and spend time together.

For fans of picnicking, the perfect choice will be Playa de Palangres , located just a kilometer from the center, with comfortable benches and tables on the sand.

The Roses region is also a paradise for water sports enthusiasts. Sailing, kayaking, kitesurfing - these are just some of the available activities. Additionally, the clear waters and rich seabed make it a popular place among diving enthusiasts.

✔️ If you cancel up to 60 days before departure, the deposit is refunded in full. After this date, no refund is possible.

✔️ Form of payment: credit card, cash, transfer - at least a week before the planned arrival.
✔️ When booking two weeks, be sure to ask about the discount.

ℹ️ OTHER NOTES:

✔️ There is night silence in the complex - from 22:00 to 7:00.
✔️ Children are welcome.
✔️ We do not accept animals (top-down rules of the complex).
✔️ You can organize events as long as they do not disturb neighborly peace.
✔️ Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment.
