We are very pleased to welcome you Apartment Perla del Mar located just 50 m to the sea very close to the beach “Playa del Cura”. It is located in a quiet location, very close to the city center surrounded by many restaurants, stores and public transportation and about 500m from the famous Pier which is extended 2 km into the sea thanks to which it provides beautiful views of the Torrevieja skyline. The surrounding area attracts lovers of biking, hiking and water sports-there is something for everyone here.
Spain’s Torrevieja is a town located on the Costa Blanca in the province of Alicante. It lies about 50 kilometers south of the city of Alicante. It was originally a fishing village, but large salt deposits allowed the town to flourish. As a result, it has an unusual microclimate described as one of the healthiest in Europe. There are two salt lakes nearby, one of which is pink in color. The unusual colors and therapeutic properties (spa microclimate) should encourage anyone to visit this place. Due to its high concentration of iodine, it is ideal for allergy sufferers and asthmatics. There are numerous walking paths and bicycle paths around the lakes. If we are lucky, we can also meet flamingos there in their natural habitat. Golf enthusiasts will find 4 large golf courses nearby.

It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room connected to an open kitchen and a very cool used patio with an awning. Total area of about 85 square meters. The apartment has central air conditioning with cooling and heating in winter. The kitchen is well equipped, we guarantee that you will not lack anything to prepare a meal or make a delicious coffee. A travel crib and a feeding chair are available for the little ones.
