Boat rental – Altea Port ‣

We know that some people can lie on the beach for hours, while others start to get bored after just a few minutes

ATTENTION: today we have an idea for you that will reconcile the needs of both!

How can you combine soaking up the Spanish sun with exploring the sea, beaches, and beautiful places? It's simple! We suggest… renting a motorboat. It's a wonderful adventure and memories that will stay with you forever!

And of course we have some important tips and tricks!

In the immediate vicinity you can rent a boat in two places:

Santa Pola,

Torreveja.

We chose Port Altea, located a bit further away, but we wanted to visit a few more charming places along the way (including the unique White Town of Altea, which we wrote about previously in our guide), and we wanted beautiful views!

Before we rented the boat, we did some serious research and ultimately chose Calpe Diem Holidays.

Because:

offer flexible rental hours (from 1 to 8 hours),

the staff is very nice and helpful (they also communicate in Polish!),

we received a great map with explanations of where to stop for lunch, where to swim and what to see along the way,

the prices are really attractive.

So what was left? We packed a few snacks and had a wonderful day at sea!

Remember that people who do not have a Motorboat Pilot License can rent a boat up to 5 m long – don't worry about the handling, it's incredibly simple and anyone can handle it.

On the other hand, people with qualifications… have even more choice!
