60m² apartment is located directly on the "Playa de los Locos" . It's located in a gated community with a charming palm tree garden, a children's playground, and two swimming pools – one for adults and one for children (open June to September). A lifeguard ensures safety around the pools. A poolside bar offers delicious meals and refreshing drinks.

The apartment, located on the fifth floor, offers beautiful views of exotic palm trees. It consists of two bedrooms, each with a TV with Netflix and YouTube. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Each bedroom opens onto a spacious balcony. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals – you'll find a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, oven, dishwasher, hairdryer, iron, and vacuum cleaner. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
