Welcome to the Palm Beach – El Palmeral apartment in Torrevieja, situated right on the charming Playa de los Locos beach. This gated community features a palm tree garden, a children's playground, a swimming pool open from June to September, and a poolside bar serving delicious meals and refreshing drinks. Everything you need for an unforgettable holiday is right at your fingertips!

The apartment, located on the first floor, offers beautiful views of exotic palm trees. It consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a charmingly equipped kitchen, providing everything you need for preparing meals and relaxing. Amenities include a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, oven, dishwasher, hairdryer in each bathroom, iron, and vacuum cleaner. A highchair is also available for children.

The living room features a corner sofa bed, a TV with Netflix and YouTube apps, and free Wi-Fi. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with two separate zones, and for those who prefer natural cooling, ceiling fans are available. This provides additional heating in winter. Both balconies are glazed, a major advantage in the colder months, and in summer, the windows can be opened all the way.

Ideal for families with children, this spacious and modernly furnished apartment provides a comfortable stay for 6 people, with a maximum occupancy of 7. The main street is surrounded by numerous bars, restaurants, shops, a pharmacy, and a pizzeria. The area is quiet and has an excellent location, very close to the city center and surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops. Good public transport allows easy access to various attractions, and the famous pier, 2 km out to sea, offers stunning views of the Torrevieja skyline.

The nearest airport is Alicante, about 40 minutes away by car, and you can also take the city bus from the airport to Torrevieja. If you need transportation to or from the airport, just let us know and we'll arrange it!

The spa microclimate, resulting from the presence of two salt lakes, one of which is pink, attracts visitors due to the health-promoting properties of iodine. Around the lakes, you'll find numerous walking and cycling paths, and with a bit of luck, you might even spot flamingos in their natural habitat. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy four large golf courses, and the area is also ideal for cyclists.
