Welcome to the PALM BEACH – El Palmeral apartment in Torrevieja, located right on the charming beach “Playa de los Locos”. It’s a gated estate with a palm garden, a children’s playground, a pool open from June to September and a poolside bar serving delicious meals and refreshing drinks. Everything you need for an unforgettable vacation is at your fingertips!

The apartment, located on the second floor, offers beautiful views of exotic palm trees. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a charmingly equipped kitchen, providing everything you need to prepare meals and relax. Amenities include kettle, coffee maker, toaster, oven, dishwasher, hair dryer in each bathroom, iron, vacuum cleaner. A feeding chair is also available for the little ones.

The living room has a corner sofa with sleeping function, a TV with apps for Netflix and YouTube, and free Wi-Fi. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with two separate zones, and ceiling fans are available for those who prefer natural cooling. In winter, it provides additional heating. Both balconies have glazing, which is a big advantage in the colder months, and in the summer you can open the windows to the space.

Ideal for families with children, the spacious and modernly decorated apartment provides a comfortable stay for 6 people, with a maximum of 7. There are numerous bars, restaurants, stores, a pharmacy and a pizzeria near the main street. The neighborhood is quiet, with an excellent location, very close to the city center, surrounded by many restaurants and stores. Good public transportation allows easy access to various attractions, and the famous Pier, facing 2 km out to sea, offers stunning views of the Torrevieja skyline.

The nearest airport in Alicante is about a 40-minute drive, and there is also a city bus service from the airport to Torrevieja. If you need transportation to/from the airport, just write us and we will arrange everything!

Spain’s Torrevieja, located on the Costa Blanca in the province of Alicante, is not only a place with an amazing climate, but also full of history and attractions. Originally a fishing village, it is now recognized for its large salt deposits, which have enabled the town’s development. The resort microclimate, resulting from the presence of two salt lakes, one of which is pink in color, attracts visitors because of the healthful properties of iodine. It is an ideal place for allergy sufferers and asthmatics.

In the area around the lakes you will find numerous walking paths and bicycle paths, and if you are lucky, you can see flamingos in their natural habitat. For golf enthusiasts, there are 4 large golf courses, and the area is also favorable for cyclists
