Ground floor apartment with a large garden. Located in the picturesque town of Mil Palmeras, just 20 km from Murcia-San Javier Airport and 55 km from Alicante Airport. Just 300 m from the sea and 600 m from a beautiful, sandy beach. Guests have access to a swimming pool in the communal area.

Fully equipped with kitchen appliances, air conditioning, TV, iron, hairdryer, bed linen, and towels. It features an open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with access to the garden/terrace, which also includes a table and chairs and a sofa bed for four people. On-street parking is available next to the apartment. It is very conveniently located, within walking distance of the beach, a supermarket, and the center of Pueblo Latino, which boasts numerous pubs and restaurants.

Mil Palmeras is a well-known Spanish town, very popular on the Orihuela Costa coast, lined with so-called chiringuitas – beach bars that also rent sunbeds and umbrellas and operate a water park equipped with slides, an obstacle course, and a trampoline – perfect for a family getaway. For nature lovers, we recommend a trip to Lo Pagan Natural Park, where you'll find birdwatching spots – numerous flamingo colonies – as well as resting areas and numerous cycling trails. You can also enjoy the mud baths at San Pedro del Pinatar, which have relaxing, pain-relieving, and soothing effects on skin conditions.

Active travelers should take a trip along the Mar Menor, which offers a wealth of water sports options, including jet skiing, kitesurfing, sailing, windsurfing, SUP surfing, and kayaking.
Other culturally interesting destinations within 60 km of the apartment include: San Javier (famous for its jazz festival), Cartagena (the port, archaeological museum, ruins of the Roman theater – Augusteum, Byzantine walls – Muralla Bizantina, Calblanque Natural Park), Murcia (Santa Maria Cathedral, numerous museums and historic squares, especially worth visiting during Easter for its numerous parades and spring music festivals, such as the May "SOS" Murcia), and La Manga (islands: Isla Grosa, Islas Hormigas, Isla de Las Palomas – especially recommended for scuba diving enthusiasts).
