In the immediate vicinity, approximately 50 meters away, lies the Clot de Galvany Natural Park, a protected area with diverse ecosystems (salt lakes, mountains, hills, old terraced crop fields, ponds, dunes, and beaches), making it a biodiversity hotspot, the best in all of Valencia. The Gran Alacant shopping center, with its many shops, bars, and restaurants from around the world, is about a 5-minute drive away. A key advantage of this location is its location.
