🌅 Discover Villa de Soleil – a place where dreams of a perfect vacation become reality. Situated in the picturesque and peaceful Cerbère , right on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea , it is the essence of luxury and privacy. Perched on the very top of a mountain , it offers not only breathtaking views but also allows you to experience true life in harmony with nature, far from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Comfort and space:

Living Room: The spacious, air-conditioned, and comfortably furnished living room with panoramic windows overlooking the sea is equipped with amenities such as Wi-Fi and TV, making it the perfect place for entertaining and relaxing. Comfortable furnishings, including a sofa bed, two luxurious armchairs, two ottomans, and a spacious extendable table with 10 chairs, create a perfect space for relaxing and spending time together. Elegant paintings and a stylish coffee table also adorn the living room, giving the interior a unique character.

Kitchen: A modern, fully equipped kitchenette, which connects to the living room, offers everything you need to create delicious meals: from a full set of pots and pans and cutlery, to a large oven and induction hob, a coffee machine, and an electric kettle.

Bedrooms: Three stylish, air-conditioned bedrooms ensure a comfortable night's sleep and relaxation. Each, decorated with attention to detail, offers a unique view of the surrounding landscape. Each features two comfortable single beds that can be converted into a double bed.

Bathrooms: Two elegant, spacious bathrooms with toilets, plus an additional toilet on the first floor. Equipped with showers, sinks, and all amenities, they ensure comfort and independence. Additionally, a laundry room is available to our guests.

Terraces: Two cozy terraces overlook the sea and the Pyrenees. Perfect for morning yoga or an evening aperitif.

Swimming pool: There is a private swimming pool (1.65 m) outside, available to our guests.

Air conditioning: The villa is equipped with air conditioning.

Garage: On the ground floor there is a garage for two small cars or one large car.

Location: Ideal, just 5 km from the Spanish border, open to the cultural richness of both countries.

ℹ️ The villa is booked weekly from Saturday to Friday. Arrival is from 3:00 PM on Saturday. Departure is no later than the following Saturday by 10:00 AM.

Beaches: Villa de Soleil is surrounded by stunning Mediterranean beaches , inviting you to lazy sunbathes and enjoy a variety of water activities. Right next to the villa is a beach that, despite its rocky nature, is considered one of the most beautiful in the area. Its crystal-clear waters, with transparency reaching up to 30 meters, are ideal for diving and snorkeling. Another place worth visiting is the beach in Portbou , just 9 km from the villa.

Restaurants: There are numerous restaurants in the area, serving local delicacies and international specialties. Of particular note is the "Restaurant de la Plage" in Cerbere, and across the border, the "Restaurant Espana" in Portbou, Spain.

Nature and Activities: The area is rich in scenic hiking trails, cycling routes, and diving and sailing spots. For mountain hiking enthusiasts, nearby trails begin almost at the villa's doorstep, on the French side.

Other attractions: Just 19 km from the villa, on the Mediterranean coast, is the picturesque Cap de Creus in Spain. Nearby (20 km) are the fascinating ruins of Ciutadella de Roses the Museum of Exile (24 km), and the Dalí Theatre-Museum in Figueres (41 km).
